Okay, I am going to take Garagiste to task for this wine, and I have not even tasted it. I thought Turley used stupid, insanely huge, waste of money, glass and energy bottles, but this sucker is even grosser and larger than those monstrosities. I am sorry, but in this day and age, we should NOT be supporting wineries that add hugely to their carbon footprint buy using stupid, huge, wasteful packaging, especially when Jon knows this stuff needs to come on a fuel burning boat all they way from Reims. Not only is it insanely stupid packaging, but the damn thing doesn't fit in any of my racked wine cellar racks. I suspect it would require a slot large enough to fit a magnum, which is really stupid. I mean who is Courtin impressing by using this stupid, stupid bottle, a sommelier in Hong Kong? Not this consumer, baby. Dumb, dumb, dumb and I will not be buying their wine again unless I learn that they have adjusted their thinking on wasteful, oversized packaging.

Seriously, am I just being an a$$ or is this a concern that others have?
