I'd like to recommend a Cote-Rotie producer that would be a perfect candidate for Garagiste to offer - easily a 10/10 on the late "Core Philosophy" scale. It's the Benetiere Cote-Rotie Cordeloux. It was recommended to me by one of the proprietors of Mi Fugue Mi Raisin in Paris and when I brought some home I was floored by it - it had me thinking of Gentaz. But nobody seems to import it into the United States. Perhaps you might be able to capture some for the list?
